Camden Goods Yard, the UK developer St George’s latest project, is set to be unveiled to potential buyers in Singapore. Located in the sought-after Camden area of North London, the 999-year leasehold mixed-use development spans eight acres of land, situated between Camden Town, Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park. It is expected to be completed in phases starting from the second quarter of 2025, offering 644 new homes together with 173,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Primrose House, the first phase of the project, will feature two towers that share a podium with 110 apartments comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. These residences are designed with high specifications and beautiful interiors crafted by UK’s Tara Bernerd & Partners. Residents of Primrose House can enjoy over 40% of the site designed for landscaped open space and public squares as well as amenities such as an 18m indoor swimming pool, a gym, a wellness suite, a lounge and co-working spaces. Aside from apartment blocks, Camden Goods Yard will also feature a 48,000 sq ft Morrison’s supermarket and a rooftop farm-to-fork restaurant. Stephen Kirwan, managing director of St George North London, said this project will not only provide attractive new homes and commercial space but also landscaped open space and public squares that the whole community can enjoy.
